With your specialization in data analysis, you will pave the way for companies to enter a digital future in which decisions can be made more efficiently and effectively using data. With in-depth knowledge of various BI tools and a knack for user-oriented visualizations, you will contribute to developing scalable and effective data solutions for our customers in customized projects in collaboration with our data engineers and architects.

You have some initial experience with data visualization, e.g., with Tableau or Power BI—or a keen desire to acquire this knowledge.

You will work agilely as part of a team with our data analysts and BI engineers, working independently and autonomously, always focused and with an understanding of the profound impact of our projects. You will also be in regular contact with our data engineers, giving you not only a glimpse behind the user-friendly interface of the dashboard, but also an understanding of our holistic approach, including the meaningful modeling and optimization of our customers' data from the ground up.

Sowing Tasks
Dashboard Development and Visualization
Using state-of-the-art tools, you will develop high-performance dashboards in accordance with our BI best practices, always focusing on requirements and working closely with our customers to design the best and most user-friendly visualizations that are in line with individual business logic. You will also gain insight into the backend, allowing you to accompany the development process from the raw data model to the KPI-based management report.
Optimization of Key Performance Indicators and Agile Working
You will learn how to model key performance indicators correctly, connect data sources, and present them in a user-friendly way. You will understand how these key performance indicators influence the company and how they work directly in context—because you will be working directly with our customers.
In your work, you will translate the requirements and needs of stakeholders into well-thought-out, data-driven solutions and insightful visualizations in consultation with our customers.
Data Quality and Consistency
To ensure that our customers can always work with verifiable data in real time, you will ensure data quality and consistency across different source systems. We will give you an introduction to Azure technologies and teach you everything you need to know about these topics.
Our self-service approach
To ensure the long-term success of autonomous use of our solutions in our customers' companies, you will provide support in the use of BI tools during onboarding, documentation, and the establishment of data governance. After all, our dashboards are not just the result of our projects—they are an important, sustainable step in the digital transformation of modern corporate management.
