Most agent projects do not fail on the model. They fail in two places: at the start, because the wrong process was chosen, and at the end, because nobody owns running it. So we start with the process rather than the technology, and we plan for operations from day one. The first agent goes live in weeks, not quarters. Here is how we work:

Process, data, ownership

In a workshop with the business unit and IT, we pick the first process: one with volume, with rules that already exist, and where time is currently lost to routine. We define what the agent is allowed to do, which data it needs, and who approves. The output is a target state, an architecture and an honest estimate of effort, before a single line is built.

Build

An MVP in weeks, production-grade from day one

We do not build a throwaway prototype. We build straight into your target environment, with real permissions, real slices of your data and logging from the start. Development is iterative, together with the people who will actually use it. The case handler who corrects the agent is worth more than any test report.

Care

Monitoring, governance, ongoing development

After go-live we take responsibility for operations. We watch what the agent decided and where it was uncertain, maintain the knowledge base, apply updates and hold the security standards: access through managed identities, data classification, an agent inventory. Every month you get it in black and white: what the agent handled and what it cost. And if your own team is to take over at some point, everything is prepared for that too.

Agent development

Connections, knowledge base and rules decide whether an agent holds up in daily work. We build all three in your environment, with real permissions and real data, so the first prototype turns straight into regular operation.

Connecting your systems

An agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach. We build the connections to your ERP, document storage, ticketing and mailboxes: standard connectors where they exist, custom interfaces where they do not. This has been our core business for ten years, which is why we move fast.

Knowledge base and retrieval

For an agent to answer correctly, it has to find the right documents, not just any documents. We structure your files, contracts and master data so that retrieval holds up under real use. Permissions included: the agent only ever sees what the user in question would be allowed to see.

Orchestration and rules

Which steps can the agent take on its own? Where does it need an approval? When does it escalate to a person? We build that logic explicitly and testably, covering prioritisation, deadlines and exceptions, instead of burying it in a prompt where nobody can check it.

Managed Service

An agent is not a project with an end date. It is a tool in continuous use: models change, new documents appear, processes shift. We take responsibility for keeping it working correctly, at a predictable monthly price rather than day-rate surprises.

Monitoring and quality

Every action the agent takes is logged. We review regularly what it handled, where it was uncertain and where people had to correct it, and you see the same picture: a monthly report in numbers, not in prose.

Security and governance

We give agents identities, roles and data access the way employees have them: assigned centrally, logged, and revocable at any time. Data classification and protection policies are implemented with Microsoft Purview, and inventory and control of all agents runs through Microsoft Agent 365, in your environment and under your authority.

Ongoing development

The first agent is rarely the final state: new document types, new rules, the next process. Small extensions are included in the service, larger ones we plan together. You keep the roadmap, we handle the delivery.

Handover, whenever you want it

Everything is documented and sits in your environment. If your team is to take over operations, we train them and withdraw in an orderly way, leaving nothing hanging on us. The fact that you could leave is exactly why you can stay.
